Recently, Hangzhou NEUREAL Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "NEUREAL") and Smart Solution, a comprehensive local service provider in the Middle East, officially signed the "Strategic Cooperation Agreement for the Middle East Region." The two parties have established a deep strategic partnership to jointly explore the market for non-invasive brain-computer interface (BCI) and digital diagnosis and treatment of brain health in the Middle East, marking a key step in NEUREAL's global expansion.

The digital transformation of healthcare in the Middle East is accelerating, with rising demand for psychiatric care, cognitive rehabilitation, and brain health management. However, the region lacks standardized, closed-loop BCI diagnostic and therapeutic solutions, presenting vast blue ocean opportunities. Leveraging core technologies such as precise neural signal induction and BCI+X closed-loop diagnosis and treatment, NEUREAL has developed a full-scenario medical device and AI algorithm system covering depression, anxiety disorder, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), cognitive impairment, and stroke rehabilitation. The company has accumulated tens of millions of clinical data points, covers over 1,000 hospitals in China, holds medical device registration certificates from NMPA, CE, MHRA, and other countries, and possesses mature software/hardware output and clinical implementation capabilities.

Partner Smart Solution is an industry-leading enterprise based in the UAE, specializing in smart cities, AI infrastructure, smart agriculture, educational informatization, and fintech. With years of deep engagement in the Middle East healthcare industry, Smart Solution holds comprehensive medical institution channels, government-enterprise cooperation resources, and local compliance operation experience, and is familiar with regional medical device registration, clinical access, and market promotion rules.

Under the agreement, both parties will carry out comprehensive collaborative layouts across four major areas:
1. Technology and Product Output: NEUREAL provides a complete suite of non-invasive BCI hardware, VR neuromodulation algorithms, cognitive rehabilitation assessment systems, clinical solutions, and full technical training;
2. Local Market Operations: Smart Solution takes full responsibility for product qualification registration, hospital channel expansion, government-enterprise cooperation, localized operations and maintenance, and market promotion across the entire Middle East region;
3. Joint Platform Construction: Both parties will establish a joint promotion center in the Middle East region, share industry resources, jointly participate in regional medical exhibitions, host brain health academic forums, and promote local clinical and academic cooperation;
4. Long-term Business Synergy: Regional sales rights and revenue distribution are divided according to principles of equality, mutual benefit, and win-win development. Detailed business responsibilities and performance rules will be finalized in subsequent specific commercial contracts.

This collaboration will fully leverage the complementary strengths of both parties: NEUREAL exports its mature precision BCI diagnostic and therapeutic technologies, clinical data, and medical device product system from China, deploying its independently developed EEG+VR+tDCS closed-loop intervention devices and multimodal brain health assessment systems in the Middle East. Relying on Smart Solution's local channel advantages, the partnership will rapidly open access channels to regional hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and mental health institutions, simultaneously advancing product localization adaptation and clinical validation to create the first standardized BCI digital healthcare demonstration project in the Middle East.

NEUREAL CEO Kang Cheng stated: "Digital healthcare in the Middle East is a core component of our globalization strategy. This strategic cooperation with Smart Solution is a significant milestone in our transition from a leading domestic BCI diagnostic and therapeutic enterprise to an international platform service provider."
Both parties agreed that they will uphold long-term stable and mutually beneficial cooperation, starting from this strategic partnership, to quickly advance the implementation of products and services in the Middle East, creating a benchmark for digital healthcare in brain health and achieving shared success.
